Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Voice and SMS services provided by M COM S.R.L.S..

Scope

SIP trunks, traffic routing and SMS sending through proprietary platform and APIs.

Proper Use

Use for unlawful activities, spam, fraudulent CLI spoofing and any abuse contrary to applicable laws is prohibited. M COM may suspend services in case of violations or network risks.

Liability

M COM adopts carrier-grade best practices, but does not guarantee absolute continuity. The Customer is responsible for the security of its own systems and credentials.

Billing

Pay-per-use/top-up model according to the current single price list. Prices may change upon prior notice.

Logs and Retention

Traffic data and technical logs are retained for 24 months in compliance with applicable law.

Applicable Law

Italian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Naples, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.
