Types of Data

Purposes and Legal Bases

• Provision of Voice/SMS services and management of the contractual relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
• Legal obligations and requests from Authorities (Art. 6.1.c GDPR)
• Network security and prevention of fraud/abuse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

Retention

Voice and SMS logs and traffic data are retained for 24 months, without prejudice to further legal obligations or requests from judicial authorities.

Recipients

Infrastructure providers and technical partners strictly necessary for service provision; no transfer outside the EU is envisaged unless adequate safeguards are in place (Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR).
